Working hours
Our working week is 38 hours – from Monday to Thursday, 7.00 am to 4.00 pm, and on Fridays until 11.00 am. This means that, after a productive day at work, there is plenty of time left for family, leisure and relaxation.
Holidays
With 30 days’ annual leave, we create the space to recharge our batteries, find a balance, relax and gain fresh motivation for our day-to-day working lives.
Remunerationsystem
Our remuneration is based on a transparent system: a fixed basic salary in accordance with the HOVEN pay bands and a variable performance-related pay component based on clearly defined criteria – fair, transparent and free from any ‘personal bias’.
13th month’s income
We reward commitment and performance with a 13th month’s salary, split between holiday pay and a Christmas bonus. This means our staff benefit twice a year from their hard work.
In-house collectiveagreement
Having our own in-house collective agreement ensures clear and reliable arrangements, ranging from allowances for early and late shifts through to overtime and role-based allowances. This is how we ensure transparency and fairness for all staff.
Suggestion Scheme
Good ideas pay off here: staff who contribute to improving our profitability through their suggestions are rewarded with a bonus or financial incentive. This is how we encourage initiative and collaborative thinking.
Profit sharing
If a set turnover target is met, all staff members benefit from a tiered annual profit-sharing scheme. This is how we share our success in a fair and motivating way.
Reward system
We value health and reliability: anyone who meets certain attendance targets receives a reward of €50 on a shopping card. An incentive that boosts both motivation and well-being.
BAV
Company pension scheme: although this is required by law, we provide a little extra financial support on top of that.
Bike leasing
Bicycles of any kind can be leased through the company for the employee and a partner – including a subsidy.
